Black Sesame seeds - 200 g
Dry roast the sesame seeds
After a minute it will start to pop up
Transfer the roasted sesame to a dry bowl
One hand full of Flax seed
Dry roast the flax seed
Dry roast for 1 minute
Transfer it a bowl
Add the dry roasted sesame seeds and the flax seeds in a mixer grinder
Grind it to powder
Add the jaggery to the powdered sesame seeds and flax seeds
Make it into balls with your hands
If the mixture is loose then add some more jaggery to get the binding well for making balls

Ellu Urundai is made of Sesame seeds and Flax Seeds. This snack has many health benefits in it. This snack can be stored in air tight container for 2 weeks. Ingredients: Sesame seeds : 200 g Flax Seed - 50 g Jaggery - 250 g Steps: First dry roast the sesame seeds in a dry pan and then dry roast the flax seeds. Powder them using a mixer grinder.
